Well if you’re putting something OVER the sketch I would use coloured pencil so that the writing doesn’t distract from the actual drawing because ink would stand out more. But if you mean like this (so not over the drawing, but instead part of it) then I would personally use ink. Sorry I can’t be of much help because I don’t know what your drawing looks like or anything
