I drew Thom Yorke, a birthday present for my good friend Tom!
I did this more than a year and a half ago. I accidentally deleted it from my blog and thought it has disappeared forever and it just popped up!
A little drawing from today :-)
I felt like drawing this.
Inspired by Jeff Mangum’s lyric: “The only girl I’ve ever loved, was born with roses in her eyes”
I drew this (expressing my continued fascination with eyes.) I’m trying to achieve a more realistic look, and thankfully I seem to be getting the hang of using coloured pencils. Inspired by the term “eye-catching”
I drew this today. I’m STILL unsure about using colour. Oh well. Practice, practice, practice.
I’ve been practising drawing hands :-)
I finished drawing this just now
It was meant to be humorous (Radio-Head, hahahah) but instead I think it actually looks quite creepy
I drew more owls! I have so much fun drawing them and they’re beautiful birds. This is coloured pencil on card
I drew a squirrel for my mum because it’s her birthday today and I forgot to buy her a present (she likes squirrels)
I drew this earlier. I enjoyed working on hardboard, this was done with tinted charcoal and coloured pencils
I finished this drawing today (please view in high-res!!!)
I’ve become obsessed with the idea of combining animals with humans, so have this. It took me a long time, but I enjoy drawing fabrics and birds so all is well. Inspired by the album name “I Am A Bird Now”
I drew this quite quickly this evening
to emphasize my desperate need to be held :-(
Pre-Myxomatosis
I finished drawing this today, I’m not sure how I feel about it, I was just trying out some ideas. I think it looks a bit “strange” but oh well, it was fun to draw
I drew an owl
I’m getting a load of drawings together to put up for sale in a shop in the foreseeable future and I figured generic wildlife drawings will sell, so I’ll be doing a few more like this soon
